AI that starts by learning your firm.
Years of matters, client relationships, and hard-won judgment live across your practice management, documents, email, and billing. We bring that context together, carefully, so an AI can work from it. Your attorneys stay in charge of every decision.

RingCentralFeatures
Built on how your firmalready works.
Normal learns from the records your firm already keeps, fits the tools your staff already use, and leaves every decision with your attorneys.
Knows your matters and clients
Ask about a client, a filing, or something a colleague handled years ago. It answers from your firm's own records and shows the source.
Fits the tools you have
Your practice management system, document store, email, calendar, and billing. Nothing is replaced. Nothing is re-entered. Staff keep working the way they do.
Reach it however you already work
Call it, text it, email it, or message it. An attorney between hearings and a paralegal at their desk get the same answers, in whatever channel is in their hand.
Your attorneys keep the judgment
It reads, drafts, and flags. It does not send, file, or contact anyone. Every action carries a person's name, as it does today.

FAQ
Questions from managing partners & attorneys
Honestly, we've been putting this off. Is it too late to start?
No. Most firms we talk to are in the same place. They have heard a lot, tried a chatbot or two, and are not sure how any of it applies to a practice. Starting with your own records, rather than a general tool, is the part most firms skipped. That is where we begin.
Can it make things up?
It can only answer from the records you connect. If the answer is not in your files, it says so. Every answer shows where it came from, so an attorney can check it the same way they would check an associate's memo.
Who at the firm actually uses it?
Usually paralegals and staff first, because they are the ones hunting for things all day. Then associates, for getting up to speed on a matter. Partners tend to use it before a client call or when they need a quick status on something they are not handling day to day.
How do people actually talk to it?
However they already talk. Call it, text it, email it, or message it in whatever your firm uses. There is no new app to open. An attorney can text a question from the courthouse and get the same answer a paralegal gets at their desk.
What about ethical walls and conflicts?
Access follows the permissions you already have. If someone is walled off from a matter in your practice management system, they are walled off here. You can also keep whole practice areas or clients out entirely.
Where does our client data go?
It stays in your systems. Nothing is copied into a public tool, and nothing is used to train anyone's model. For firms that want it, the whole thing can run on hardware in your own office.
Can it send an email or file something without an attorney looking at it?
No. It prepares. A person at the firm sends, files, and signs. That does not change.
We're a small firm. Is this overkill for us?
Small firms often get the most out of it, because one person's memory is holding the whole practice together. We start with one practice area or one team, and you decide whether to go further.
Does it work with the software we already use?
Yes. We connect directly to practice management (Clio, Filevine, Smokeball, Litify), document management (NetDocuments, iManage), billing (Aderant, Tabs3, CosmoLex), and on-premises SQL stores. If you use something else, ask us.
What if it doesn't work out?
You turn it off. Your data was in your systems the whole time, and nothing about your staff's day changes.
Let's see if your firm is a good fit.
Book a 30-minute conversation with us. We will ask how your firm works and where your matters and client records live, then tell you plainly whether this makes sense for you and what a first step would look like. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
