For automotive dealerships

AI that starts by learning your store.

Every customer, vehicle, deal, and repair order your store has ever touched lives across your DMS, CRM, and service lane tools. We bring that context together so an AI can work from it, and so the lead you paid for, the customer due for service, and the deal stuck in F&I stop slipping through. Your people still make every call.

AI that starts by learning your store.

Features

Built on how your storealready runs.

Normal learns from the records you already keep in your DMS and CRM, fits the tools your people already use, and leaves every deal and every customer conversation with them.

Knows every customer and vehicle

Sales history, service history, open ROs, trade appraisals, last contact. Ask before the customer walks up, or while they are on the phone. It answers from your own records and shows the source.

Sees what is slipping

Internet leads with no reply in an hour. Service customers past due with no outreach. Deals waiting on a stip or a signature. It surfaces them so a manager can act the same day.

Reach it however you already work

Call it, text it, email it, or message it. A salesperson on the lot and an advisor in the lane get the same answers, in whatever channel is in their hand.

Your people close the deal

It reads, drafts, and flags. It does not text a customer, quote a price, or touch a deal. Those stay with your team, as they do today.

How it works

We handle the setup. Your people keep the deal.

    1. We learn how your store runs

We sit with your GM, sales managers, service manager, and BDC to understand your process from lead to delivery and from appointment to RO close, which systems hold what, and where customers get lost.

    2. We connect your systems

DMS, CRM, service scheduling, inventory, call tracking, email. We handle the connections. You decide which departments and rooftops are included, who can see what, and what needs a manager's approval. We can install it inside your store.

    3. We stay involved

We help your sales and service teams fold it into their day, then manage the system and support the store through staff turnover, OEM changes, and new tools.

FAQ

Questions from dealers and general managers

We've bought a lot of tools our people never used. Why would this be different?

Because there is nothing new to log into. Most of what a store gets sold is another screen, and the CRM is already the one nobody opens. This answers in the phone, text, and email your people already use, and it works from the DMS and CRM you already pay for. If a salesperson can send a text, they can use it.

Can it make things up?

It can only answer from the records you connect. If the answer is not in your DMS or CRM, it says so. Every answer shows where it came from, so a manager can check it the same way they would check a salesperson's notes.

Who at the store actually uses it?

Usually the BDC and service advisors first, because they are the ones looking things up all day. Then salespeople, before a customer walks up or calls back. Managers tend to use it in the morning, to ask what slipped yesterday.

How do people actually talk to it?

However they already talk. Call it, text it, email it, or message it in whatever your store uses. There is no new app to open. A salesperson can text a question from the lot and get the same answer an advisor gets in the lane.

Will it text our customers on its own?

No. It prepares. A person at the store sends the text, quotes the price, and works the deal. Your OEM rules and your obligations under TCPA stay where they are today, with you.

Where does our customer data go?

It stays in your systems. Nothing is copied into a public tool, and nothing is used to train anyone's model. For stores that want it, the whole thing can run on hardware in your own building.

We're a single-point store. Is this for us?

Single stores often see it fastest, because there is less to connect and one person who can decide. We start with service or with the BDC, and you decide whether to go further.

Does it work with our DMS and CRM?

Yes. We connect directly to your DMS (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, PBS, Autosoft), your CRM (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, DriveCentric), and your service and inventory tools (Xtime, myKaarma, vAuto). If you use something else, ask us.

What if it doesn't work out?

You turn it off. Your data was in your DMS and CRM the whole time, and nothing about your people's day changes.

Let's see if your store is a good fit.

Book a 30-minute conversation with us. We will ask how your store runs, where your customer and deal records live, and where you think money is being left on the table, then tell you plainly whether this makes sense and what a first step would look like. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
